At the annual general meeting of MastIT Group AB on 16 June 2023, Patrik Boman was elected as a board member. Patrik has extensive experience as an entrepreneur and leader who has built up and managed companies in IT, Telecom and Cyber Security areas.
Patrik ́s expeience in leading positions in public / listed copmanies includes management positons in the HiQ Group and CEO for Cybercom Group (publ). Patrik has been running the consulting company Dynamant as CEO for many years, which is Sweden’s leader in the Mainframe area. Patrik has extensive experience from M&A, business development, international business within, for example, the IT sector and (from AT&T and Telia in) the Telecom area.
