MastIT Group has entered into a nationwide SLA (Service Level Agreement) for standby support,
service, and maintenance of mobile infrastructure with Tre Sweden (Hi3G) for the Swedish market
The agreement designates MastIT as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for field services, with end-to-end
responsibility for standby readiness, response times, site availability, corrective maintenance, and
remediation, ensuring service continuity and operational performance of Tre Sweden’s mobile
infrastructure.
