MastIT Group AB has appointed Johan Jemdahl as the new Chairman of the Board. Johan Jemdahl has more than 25 years of international experience in senior positions within telecommunications, digital infrastructure, and the transport & logistics sector, including roles in boards of directors, CEO positions, sourcing & supply, and management in complex and rapidly growing businesses.
In his career, Johan Jemdahl has worked on developing, expanding, and positioning companies during growth phases and in publicly listed companies, with a particular focus on international operations. Alongside his new assignment at MastIT Group, Johan Jemdahl will continue his board assignments at companies such as SJ AB and Greencarrier AB.
With more than 25 years of international experience in leadership positions, Johan Jemdahl has led extensive transformation and growth journeys within telecom, industry, logistics, and B2B technology. His experience includes both strategic business development and operational leadership in complex and fast-changing environments. His expertise in market positioning, driving international expansion, improving profitability, and creating scalable organizations for long-term growth will further strengthen MastIT Group’s board work.
Johan Jemdahl’s expertise spans the entire business chain – from supply chain and technology to service and operations – in global organizations such as Cisco and Ericsson, with responsibility for operations across multiple markets and sites. Johan has worked internationally in the Nordic region including Norway, Brazil, the United States, and Nigeria, and has led teams and organizations across several regions in both large corporations and entrepreneur-driven businesses and SMEs. Together with MastIT Group’s operational Group CEO Erik Fischbeck, Johan Jemdahl will continue the work of building relationships with the financial market and external investors, where proactive positioning in the capital markets is an important component for the Group ahead of continued expansion and a planned listing on Nasdaq First North.

Parallell of the changes to the Board, Erik Fischbeck is permanently appointed Group CEO & Managing Director of MastIT Group, following his previous work since 2022 as Senior Advisor and Chairman of the Board in MastIT Group.

The sister companies within MastIT Group (MastIT Sweden, Telog, Stark & General Telecom + soon Stavre Mobile Service SMS) possess complementary expertise and extensive experience in security-classified and mission-critical infrastructure projects and mobile infrastructure. This includes consulting services, technical design, radio planning, and installation of communication infrastructure in tunnels and transportation networks such as roads, railways, and subway systems. The MastIT Group also has experience in leading complex projects involving the design, construction, installation, and operation of mobile infrastructure in both indoor and outdoor environments, primarily in Sweden.
The new Board of Directors, in combination with the efforts to continue strengthening of the Group’s governance and strategic organization, forms part of the company’s preparations for a planned listing on Nasdaq First North. The ambition and purpose is to create a stable platform and organization for continued acquisition-driven expansion based on the Group’s buy-and-build strategy within mobile infrastructure and related areas.
