MastIT Group AB completes the acquisitions of General Telecom AB, Telog AB and Stark Telecom AB on 1 December 2025. The companies will continue to operate and develop as independent subsidiaries within the MastIT Group. Through collaboration within the Group, the companies’ service offerings and geographical reach will expand. The Group strengthens its business in mobile communications and its specialist expertise in network planning, construction, and service/maintenance of communication networks both indoors and outdoors.

MastIT Group is establishing itself as the leading player in Sweden within mobile infrastructure and advanced installations of radio and communication networks—indoors and outdoors, in public, private, and security-classified environments. Through the acquisitions, the Group brings together extensive resources and specialist competence to manage and lead complex installation projects in environments with strict requirements for security, integrity, and precision. MastIT Group aims to actively compete in tenders for critical communication networks and, together with our technology and collaboration partners, further strengthen our position in the installation and telecom industry.

MastIT Group will intensify its efforts to meet the increasing demand for network capacity driven by new areas such as AI services, IoT, and autonomous and self-driving vehicles. The plan is to position MastIT Group as the most relevant company in the industry for mobile infrastructure. At the same time, the Group is driving innovation—both in methodology and user value—by developing new work processes, technical solutions, and customer-adapted services that enhance efficiency, quality, and value across the entire sector. With a dominant position in the Swedish market, MastIT Group is now laying the foundation for Nordic expansion in the coming years.

MastIT Group is an entrepreneur-driven business within network construction for mobile, military and security systems, founded in 2018. Within the Group, there is a unique capability to manage complex projects with specialist expertise in network design, construction and operation of mobile communication networks. General Telecom (GeTel) contributes long-standing experience and expertise in indoor radio network solutions (4G, 5G), including design, coverage measurements, radio planning, network design and installations in indoor environments, tunnels, and urban areas. Telog brings extensive experience and competence in outdoor solutions and installations of masts and towers, as well as microwave link and transmission projects. Together, the companies have complementary capabilities and long experience in security-classified, critical infrastructure projects, including consulting, design, radio planning, and installation of tunnel infrastructure for road, rail and metro systems.

MastIT Group’s revenue (pro forma 2024/2025) exceeds SEK 225 million, and together the Group employs the equivalent of 125 FTEs (including 62 Swedish employees across the company’s main sites in Karlskoga, Täby and Gagnef). In connection with the acquisitions, MastIT Group has made a strategic decision to pursue a listing on Nasdaq First North in 2026, with the purpose of enabling continued acquisition-driven growth through the company’s buy-and-build strategy within mobile infrastructure and adjacent areas.

The purchase price is confidential between the seller, GT Invest AB, and MastIT Group AB. It consists of two components: an initial consideration at closing (calculated based on the 2024/2025 Annual Report) and an additional earn-out based on performance through 31 August 2026. The transaction has undergone customary regulatory approvals and conditions, and closing as well as integration of the companies as independent subsidiaries effective 1 December 2025.
