MastIT Group AB has appointed Stefan Block as a new member of the Board. Stefan brings more than 30 years of international experience in senior leadership roles across telecommunications, digital infrastructure, and financial management, including serving as CEO and CFO in complex, capitalintensive organizations.
Stefan has served as Chief Executive Officer of VX Fiber, a private equity-backed digital infrastructure operator. In this role, he led the company’s strategic repositioning, value-creation initiatives, and international expansion, while also overseeing the operation and development of the company’s network infrastructure, including its Network Operations Center (NOC). Earlier in his career, Stefan held senior leadership positions at Telia Company and Ericsson, where he worked internationally on value creation in infrastructure assets, including tower operations, large-scale transactions, and capital structure initiatives.
