MastIT Group has entered into a letter of intent with the seller Stavre Holding AB, granting exclusivity to acquire 100% of the shares in Stavre Mobile Service AB (SMS) in Bräcke Sweden.
The agreement means that SMS, with its experienced tower and telecom technicians, will become part of MastIT Group on June 1, 2026 (subject to customary regulatory approvals, including an approved ISP notification). Through the acquisition of SMS, MastIT Group strengthens its expertise and geographical presence in northern Sweden within service & maintenance as well as installation of mobile and mission-critical infrastructure.
The transaction is strategically important for both parties’ future growth and positioning ahead of the upcoming expansion of mission-critical networks and 5G installations in Sweden. This is achieved by enabling SMS, together with other companies in the MastIT Group, to offer infrastructure-related installation, service, and operations with local readiness and presence throughout Sweden.

The seller Stavre Holding AB (Stig Eklund) will, through the transaction, become an important future shareholder in MastIT Group, as half of the purchase price will be reinvested in the joint business. MastIT Group has decided in 2025 on a long-term plan to list the company on Nasdaq First North.
