MastIT Group has signed a binding share purchase agreement with the seller Stavre Holding AB to acquire 100% of the shares in Stavre Mobile Service AB (SMS) in Bräcke. Closing is planned June 1, 2026.
The agreement means that SMS, with its experienced tower and telecom technicians, will become part of MastIT Group on June 1, 2026. The transaction has been approved by the relevant authorities, including an approved ISP notification, which means the closing can be completed without reservations according to the previous LOI between the companies. Through the acquisition of SMS, MastIT Group strengthens its expertise and geographical presence in northern Sweden within service & maintenance as well as installation of mobile and mission-critical infrastructure.

The transaction is strategically important for both parties’ future growth and positioning prior of the expansion of mission-critical networks, connectivity, and 5G installations in Sweden. Through SMS, together with the other companies in the MastIT Group, the group will be able to offer infrastructure-related installation, service, and operational work with local preparedness and nationwide presence throughout Sweden.

The seller, Stavre Holding AB (Stig Eklund), will become an important future shareholder in MastIT Group through the transaction, as half of the purchase price will be reinvested into the combined business. In 2025, MastIT Group decided on a long-term plan to list the company on Nasdaq First North.
